Our success is not an accident. When we started about a decade ago we had no idea that we would reach here one day. Online tutoring was then something very new to many parents and to us as well when we were developing our cutting edge tutoring programmes. While we continued to receive encouraging responses from our parents we were aware of the need to build a strong and collaborative team of tutors who will agree with our philosophy and approach. With time we built a tested model of online tutoring that many others soon emulated. We are proud of initiating a movement that has caught on although a couple of entrepreneurs in this filed may have overcome us in size and customer base. However, we continue to lead by example, principle and ethics. Beneficiaries of our programs are returning to us with offers of help and mentorship. Students we tutored were placed in top universities like Princeton, UCLA and Purdue. We have collaborated and consulted with Schools Heads in India, UAE, USA and UK who have given us powerful insights into the blended learning models that will predictably replace on-site and in-person teaching in the years ahead. We have partnered with global leaders like the Association for Science Education, UK and King’s College London who have supported us with new understandings of how science should be taught remotely and how creativity can be taught and creative ideas delivered online. . Our partnership with LUMA Centre at the University of Helsinki have helped us understand the psychological basis of a child’s concentration span. Our field visits Estonia and meets Ministry of Education there helped us understand the works behind their amazing success in PISA and TIMMS. Our credibility is always on the rise. It is evident that parents students and teachers continue to trust our platform as a safe space to learn, to teach and to build relationships. Our teachers and content developers form the bedrock of our experience and will continue to dominate our attention and focus in the near future as we try to build on our rich and varied past.
