eTutorHome Online Private Limited (hereinafter referred as etutor) having its registered office at 23D, Gurupada Halder Road, Kolkata 700026 provides online courses and conducts online classes, live demo, doubt clearing sessions for the students seeking to enrol for such courses, for which Services are accessible at www.etutorhome.com.

By accessing or using the Site, Application or Services or by downloading or posting any content from or on the Site, via the Applications, you would be indicating that you have read, and that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and receive our Services
whether or not you have registered with the Site and/or Application.

“Courses” means educational courses listed on the Site or Application.

“Course Fees” means the amounts that are due and payable by a Student at the time of enrolment.

“Student” means a Member who enrols for Courses on Application or Site, in case of minor student the parent or guardian who enrol their child or ward for the Courses on Application or Site.

“Teacher” means a Member who has been selected by eTutorHome Online Private Limited in order to provide services through the Site or Application.

General terms and conditions

• Payment can be made through NEFT/RTGS, or by using Debit card/Credit card through the payment gateway link integrated in our website by online mode
• Payment has to be made before the commencement of the classes and renewed once the package is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Once the student is registered and has paid the Fee through online Payment Gateway, he/she will not be able to cancel the transaction in any circumstances. No Payment will be refunded to the student.

Rescheduling of Classes are allowed only if intimated at least 24 hours of the scheduled slot. Otherwise it will be counted as a valid class only.

After admission, the student must start attending class within 3 months of the admission. Otherwise all of the prospective classes opted for will stand cancelled.

Cancellation of a class has to be intimated 24 hours in advance, otherwise it will be counted as a full class.

Payment Refund Policy for Online Payments

Refund for Charge Back Transaction: No refund is applicable to courses enrolled for and classes not taken within 3 months from the date of enrollment.

Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction(s): eTutorHome Online Private Limited will not be responsible for any fraudulent activities of any individual /party.
